Check-in is from 3:00pm-5:00pm on Friday, October 21, 2022.
Following Check-in a light dinner will be provided from 5:00pm-6:30pm.
The Retreat starts at 7:00pm.

Infants 6 months and younger are welcome at the retreat.

Friday night supper, all 3 meals on Saturday, and breakfast on Sunday morning will be provided.
Special dietary meals are available for those with food allergies.
Please bring pre-packaged snacks/drinks for yourself and pre-packaged snacks/drinks to share.

Note: Due to potential severe reaction, please do not bring anything that contains mint or corn (including corn chips, popcorn, Fritos, Doritos, etc.)

Water and coffee will be available throughout the weekend.

The rooms are dorm style with bunkbeds.
Most of the rooms are located on the second floor (about 10-15 steps up), however, we have ground floor rooms available for those who who cannot walk stairs.

Note: If you cannot access a top bunk, you may request a bottom bunk on the "Rooming Needs" form below.

Retreat activities include: high ropes course, climbing wall, archery, canoeing, gun range, paintball and arts & crafts.

There is an Espresso Bar with drinks available for purchase.
There will be items for sale from the C3 store (giftshop).

Notes:
- If you plan to use the gun range you will need to bring your own ammo.
- Paintball costs $25 per person.

The cost for the retreat is $150.

Payment can be made in full or according to the payment plan below.

Payment Plan:
- The first payment of $50 is due Monday, July 31, 2022.
- The second payment of $50 is due Monday, August 31, 2022.
- The third and final payment of $50 is due Monday, September 30, 2022.

If you plan to participate in paintball, your $25 payment is due Monday, September 26th, 2022.

Note: We have a few women who are very sensitive to chemical odors and scents, please refrain from using perfumes and oils, especially, patchouli, due to potential severe reactions that will hinder other women from being in the room.
